選用花蓮南華在地小農的芋頭，盡量排除長途運輸對農產品所造成的時間成本及新鮮度損耗，把農產品的不確定因素降到最低。在芋泥餡的製作過程中，除了利用在地農產品本身的優勢、新鮮去皮確保品質，同時貫徹古法：手工蒸、磨等工序，把芋頭的香氣與豆餡的綿密巧妙結合在一起。

可用於製作：芋頭酥、芋泥捲、芋泥球、芋泥麵包等
