本廠白豆餡的製程是使用自日本引進的全自動豆沙生產設備。從浸泡、蒸煮、去殼洗淨、翻炒，整個製程相當耗時，卻是我們的堅持將以上工法完整重現。藉由結合自動化生產線的優勢，所生產出的生豆沙（白沙），不論是細緻度或純淨度都向上提升，也同時確保用此生豆沙所製作出的白豆餡品質更加穩定、口感也更為細緻。

可用於製作：白豆沙餅、豆沙裱花、各式口味餡料的基底

重量： 600 g / 每包, 1 kg / 每包, 3 kg / 每包
保存期限： 兩個月（冷凍）、 一個月（未開封冷藏），開封後請盡快使用
成分： 白豆沙、砂糖、麥芽
