Therefore, it's really a big encouragement for us

and is working with more than 200 of the world's best chefs and sommeliers.

Each product is evaluated in accordance with

the 5 International Hedonic Sensory Analysis criteria

– first impression, vision, olfaction, taste and texture.

Products achieving an overall score between 70% and 80% are granted 1 star ⭐

Scoring between 80% and 90% get 2 stars ⭐⭐

Scoring above 90% get 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐
